The tricks on how to get the best out of your clothes so you always look amazing, half the time.
1 Is that clear out seasonal. If not possible to store it away, maybe vacuam bag packed under the bed or in a box at the top of the cupboard if you have room.
2 Do you have anything in your wardrobe need to clean or repair. Bite the bullet and take it cleaned & repaired before closing it again. Closet full of clothes you wear are leaning just a waste of time.
3 After you clean make sure you have a clear view of everything. Make sure you can see all your clothes by hanging all the clothes hanger hooks or with adequate space, & put each box in a clear box. Out of sight is out of mind and there is no point in spending money on nice clothes, shoes etc if you do not wear it.
4 for systems thinking, better to put the same colors together, or similar items are grouped in function, eg work, week, go out. It may seem too organized but will pay dividends. In general, place over top of a skirt and pants if you can so you can see things together. Wardrobe in two edge rails, one above the other, is ideal for this.
5 Making clothes in height. There may be room for two edge rails, one above the other, and maybe even a shelf to store clothes etc. from the time at the very top of your clothes. Because very little of your wardrobe need a full length hanging space is wasted area that you can easily create the most inexpensive, and allows you to hang onto the top of skirt / trousers in accordance with previous policy.
6 Consider getting a purpose built shoe storage. Rotating shoe rack & pull out shoe rack that is both useful, or if you have many separate shoe closet shoe that can be beneficial. Some wardrobes have more storage efficient than the other shoe, to be something to think about whether you buy a new one.
7 Do not forget accessories. Encourage ties, scarves, belts etc. away in a drawer means that you do not see the whole picture when you open your closet door. Put a tie racks, hooks etc. in your door to keep small items so you can always see it.
8 If you do not use it to save it. An easy way to do this is to change your hanger around the wrong way, I wear it as all. At the end of the year to see items that are still hanging around the wrong way and put them on eBay or give them to family, friends or charities. Too many pieces you wear cruel ruin your efforts to have an organized closet.
